Tenant Placement is a one-time service where Best Step handles the entire process of finding, vetting, and signing a qualified tenant for your property. Once the lease is signed and the tenant moves in, you take over the day-to-day landlord duties, like maintenance and rent collection.

How does this differ from Full Property Management?

With Full Property Management, Best Step acts as your property's daily operating partner: handling ongoing rent collection, 24/7 maintenance calls, tenant disputes, and financial reporting for a monthly fee. With Tenant Placement, you only pay a one-time flat fee of $975 for us to secure the tenant, and you manage the day-to-day relationship yourself.
