      Bill Carstairs, broker and founder of Best Step Real Estate Services, is a designated accountant with a career spanning over three decades in real estate. Licensed in all areas of real estate since 1998, Bill is an expert in commercial, rural, asset, and property management. His leadership includes serving as CFO of the Alberta College of Paramedics, General Manager of the Communities Division at Christenson Developments Ltd., and Vice President of Finance and Operations for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, overseeing financial health and operations.
